Brad Ingerman opened the doors of Ingerman Construction Company (ICC) in 1994 as a General Contractor and Construction Manager for Ingerman Affordable Housing (IAH). Since that day ICC has steadily grown to be a leading General Contractor and Construction Management Company throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Ingerman Construction Company maintains an office in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, which gives us the capability to conduct business throughout New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland, with great efficiency.

To date Ingerman Construction Company’s portfolio includes projects either completed or currently under construction that exceed in total over $800 million dollars. ICC is a diversified General Contractor with the expertise and experience required to build new construction, commercial, mixed use, multi – family residential, senior living projects, total gut renovation and historic rehabilitation preservation.

Ingerman Construction Company prides itself in our ability to run a highly efficient construction business with a lean staff and cost effective approach to everyday operations. Through careful management of our resources, ICC has been able to maximize profit potential, minimize overhead and stay within our General Conditions budget while delivering an on time and high quality product to our client base.

Ingerman Construction Company has a staff that is well versed in the reporting and documentation required of state and local housing authorities. ICC staff is also very familiar with the requirements of meeting guidelines set forth by MBE / WBE, Section 3 employment and business use practices, as well as, certified payroll reporting. Our staff researches all documentation and payroll rate requirements well in advance of a project startup, holding our subcontractors and vendors in strict compliance throughout the course of a project.
